Welcome to CI² Aviation, Inc., a dynamic Systems Integrator, Aviation Management, Telecommunications and Technology Solutions provider specializing in Air Traffic Control, full service systems engineering and financial and administrative support services. We are dedicated to satisfying our customers’ requirements at the federal, state, and local government levels. CI² Aviation is a Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SDBE), founded by its President, a minority entrepreneurial woman who has successfully managed the company since 1993. As an outstanding small business, CI² Aviation received the Air Traffic Control Association’s 2010 Charles E. Varnell Memorial Award.

Currently, we perform services delineated in contracts in the following areas.

· Air Traffic Control – FAA Contract Tower (FCT)

Since 1999, CI² Aviation has been engaged in the provisioning of air traffic control services within the FCT Program, making it the nation’s only minority-owned small and disadvantaged company responsible for the management of Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) in the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

CI² Aviation is pleased to announce that the Air Traffic Control Quality Assurance Program utilized in our field facilities is ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Our Air Traffic Controllers are also certified in the FAA’s Safety Management System (SMS) which provides the company with a detailed roadmap for monitoring safety-related processes.

· Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

As a prime contractor for the eFAST Program, CI² Aviation provides comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. This program, designed for Small Businesses, 8(a), Women-Owned, and Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) is a multi-year program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types, and a wide array of labor categories.

· FAA Systems Engineering 2020 (SE2020)

CI² Aviation, Inc. is among expert companies to join the TASC, Inc. team that has been awarded a 10-year contract worth up to $827.8 million for National Airspace System (NAS) support services that will enable the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish a smooth and successful transition to Next Generation (NextGen), a satellite-based network that will replace the U.S. radar-based air traffic control system. The scope of the SE-2020 support services contract includes advanced systems engineering, investment and business case analysis, planning and forecasting, as well as business, financial and information management support services related to the development and the transformation of the national air transportation system.

· Information Technology - FAA Invoice and Financial Management Systems

CI² Aviation, Inc. provides the financial, technical and senior analysts, and the program manager for the Data Center that supports the FAA’s Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI) program office with review and reconciliation of telecommunications invoices, FAA telecommunications payment data, resolution of invoices disputes and, financial analysis and budget tracking.
